From vacuums, toilet brushes, and cleaning rags to mops and mop buckets, everything used to clean your office is exclusive to your office. Why is that important to you? Ethical
Conducting criminal background checks on all our employees before employment is a way to keep your employees safe—also, a way to guard against theft of employee property and company property and proprietary information. Make sure you're safe with the cleaning service you choose.
We pay Workman's Comp & taxes on all our employee's hours worked. We provide a starting wage higher than California mandated $12.00 an hour. Higher salaries attract competent workers that otherwise would not consider janitorial work as
an option.
We do not work later than midnight. Cleaning is physically demanding work. Driving home at 3 am after working all night is a recipe for disaster. Ending our work by midnight creates a safer alternative for our employees. It poses less of a risk to your business after hours.

We do regular maintenance on the frequency you choose Monday through Friday. We utilize weekends for specialized jobs like carpet cleaning and floor waxing.
All of our after hour customers provide us access with our own set of keys/key fobs and alarm pin code. We keep the doors closed and locked while we are at your facility. We turn off the lights, set the alarm, and lock the doors whenever we leave.
